Delete your account

You can do this yourself inside the app in about ten seconds, or ask us to do it for you from here. Either way it is permanent.

Delete it yourself

  1. 01Open Profile from the bottom tab bar.
  2. 02Scroll to Danger Zone at the bottom and tap it to expand.
  3. 03Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This runs immediately — there is no queue and no waiting on us.

Ask us to delete it

Use this if you have already removed the app from your phone, or the in-app button is not working for you. We handle these by hand, so allow a few working days — we will email you at the address below once it is done.

Deleting removes, permanently:

  • Every weekly selfie and its glow-up score
  • Your whole product shelf and its verdicts
  • Every skin analysis and routine review
  • Your Ask Luma chat history
  • Your profile: name, skin type, sun reaction and concerns

None of it can be recovered, by you or by us.

In the app: Profile → Edit (top right of your name card) → tap the USER ID row to copy it.

This opens your email app with the request pre-filled to kumbasarabidinalp@gmail.com — you still have to hit send there. Nothing is stored by this page.

An active subscription is billed by Apple, not by us — deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long, or write to kumbasarabidinalp@gmail.com.
